We do a money back guarantee less shipping costs if you return undamaged within 7 days of your purchase and will provide a full refund minus the original cost of shipping.
 
If Marycliff Productions agree to replace the goods because of a manufacturing fault, then the original item must be returned first at the customer's expense and only then will we replace the item or items free of charge including the shipping from us to you.
 
If you are returning the DVD parcel from outside the UK, please mark on it "unwanted goods being returned" otherwise we will be charged unnecessary import duty which we would unfortunately have to pass on to you.
